Weight-loss update

I know you're probably wondering how I'm doing on my weight-loss goal, so I'll tell you: I've lost 10 pounds and I realize I have at least 10 more to go. I'm in size 10 jeans now, which is very cool, but I am not done.

I had plateau'd for a couple of weeks, so I'm stepping it up and getting serious before the holidays. I'm using a plan this time that's based on 1600-calories per day, split evenly into 3 meals and 1 snack. The key to this diet is eating mono-unsaturated fats at each meal, which they call MUFAS, which I gotta tell you, is such a ridiculous word, I mean come on! But hey, if MUFAS get me thin, I'll shout it from the rooftops.
