I went to a lovely food and wine event last week as a guest of KCRW where some adorable Aussie chefs showed off their skills with KCRW’s Good Food host (and Angeli Caffe chef) Evan Kleinman. It was fun and the food was delicious. The wine was very good, too. And believe me, I was not a really big fan of Australian wine. But I found out there’s more to it than Shiraz (thank goodness!).
