About The Blog
Sarah And Sons is about reviewing and experiencing the kinds of media my 2 Tween Boys are totally into right now: a lot of video games, movies, TV, some music, but mostly video games.
I also write about Tech, Travel and the everyday challenges of life with Tweens.
I am a co-Founder of MomsLA, a group blog with over 100 Mom Blogger Contributors from all over Southern California.
I live in LA with my husband and our 2 Sons in a neighborhood called Mar Vista. I write a blog about it called Mar Vista Mom.
I accept advertising and do sponsored posts on this site, and when I have been paid to write a post or if anything has been given to me for review, I will disclose that prominently.

Hi Sarah,
Yes, as long time Mar Vista residents we are very glad we live here. I enjoyed the article about Mar Vista which also listed your website. Our block, Colonial, has an annual block party and there is a real neighborhood feel about it. My wife, Leslie Lashinsky, and I are both musicians. We are giving a concert this Saturday Night, December 19th at Vitello’s Jazz and Supper Club. I’ll attach the flyer in case you might list it. There are other musicians in Mar Vista, it is a creative community. And a green one, I loved the green walk over the summer giving the opportunity to see some of the environmentally forward thinking houses. Our website is:
http://dreamstreetband.com
It’s an interesting Chamber Jazz ensemble with violin, cello, bassoon, guitar, bass, percussion and a great woman vocalist.
Thanks for what you do for the neighborhood,
Stan
Couldn’t attach anything. Please go to our website for details. Thanks again.
