But it’s true and we’re all excited! Disneyland at the holidays is an amazing sight to see, and this time we’ll get to do it as VIPs! So thanks, Kathy, for having the giveaway, and thanks, Disneyland for offering up such an amazing prize! We’re going on November 21st and I’ll post pictures afterwards. We got invited to visit as guests of the park last year, and it was a total blast. The kids went crazy — there’s so much to see and take in. I was so impressed with all the holiday decorations they put up. Seriously, how many hours does it take to do all that??? And it’s just beautiful. Disney knows how to put on a great show. Now here’s the best news of all: Disneyland and Disney World are giving away a free pass next year to anyone who does a qualified volunteer day. It’s the Give a Day, Get a Disney Day program, and I think it’s a fantastic idea. We need more volunteering in general, and if you get a super nice prize like a day at a Disney park afterwards, man, who wouldn’t do it??
